Scheduling a Campus Visit or Admissions Advising Appointment
Schedule Appointment
We offer advising services in-person, virtual via Teams, or telephone appointments.
To book an appointment, please click on the "SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT" button in the section below to view schedule availability. If you do not upload your transcripts to the scheduling website when making your appointment, be sure to email or upload your transcripts at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, or your appointment will be canceled, and you will have to reschedule for a later date.
This will be a personalized session where we review your transcripts and determine what your next best steps are.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
If you are currently attending college or have attended college in the past, please upload a copy of your transcripts to the link in the confirmation email or email a copy of ALL college transcripts at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled visit to our admissions staff.
Transcripts do not have to be official. They can be a student copy or a copy printed from your student portal. However, please ensure the transcript includes course titles, grades, and credit hours as this will allow us to provide you with the most accurate degree plan.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN YOUR APPOINTMENT BEING CANCELED THAT DAY AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE FOR A LATER TIME.

Parking Directions for In-Person Visits
Parking Directions:
The Office of Pharmacy Student Affairs is located in the College of Pharmacy building, room 111.
Visitor's parking may be found in the following locations:
1. HSC Parking Lot 10K, ticket-entry lot: You must enter and exit at the location next to the College of Nursing, 1100 N Stonewall Ave, OKC 73117. Upon entering the parking lot, turn left and travel north to the end of the lot. The College of Pharmacy is your last building in Parking Lot 10K and is located between the Student Union and the College of Allied Health.
2. Stonewall Parking Garage, ticket-entry garage: You can enter the parking garage off of Stonewall Avenue. The garage is located two buildings north of the College of Pharmacy.
3. HSC Student Union, 1106 N Stonewall Ave, OKC 73117: Parking is metered and only valid for 1 hour so be sure to bring change with you that day.
If you park in a ticket-entry lot or garage, please bring your ticket with you, and we will validate your parking.
