College of Pharmacy Convocation
The College of Pharmacy will be celebrating the Class of 2020 and the Class of 2021 in a combined convocation ceremony scheduled for 6:00pm Saturday, May 22, 2021 at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Oklahoma.
Registration and Tickets
Each graduate is required to register to participate, once the deadline has passed to register graduates will then learn how many guests per graduate that will be allowed. Deadline to register is 11:59pm Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Any graduate who did not receive an email with a unique link to register should email email@example.com. Tickets will be required for all graduates and guests.
Safety and Security Information
Appropriate cloth or surgical-style mask that cover the nose and mouth completely will be required for all graduates and guests (age 2 and older). Masks will be provided to those who do not bring their own.
Guests should allow extra time for entry. Metal detectors will be located at each Lloyd Noble entrance. Before screening, guest will empty their pockets of cell phones, keys, and metal objects. Medical lanes will be available for guests who require alternate screening methods.
The clear bag policy will be in effect for all graduation ceremonies. A detailed list of permitted and prohibited items has been emailed to each graduate. The list can also be found on the ou.edu/commencement website.
Services are available to those attending graduation ceremonies who may require specific accommodations based on accessibility needs.
A wheelchair user and companion will be permitted in accessible seating sections, subject to availability. Patrons who do not require wheelchair accessible seating but require other special accommodations may also exchange tickets for alternative locations that better accommodate their needs.

Supplies & Resources
Pharm.D. and Ph.D. candidates can purchase graduation regalia (gown, doctoral hood, tam and tassel) online or in-person at the Sooner Shop. Please see below for specific details.
Online - Candidates can purchase regalia and announcements directly from Jostens website. Deadline to order online is April 8th. Please note - a $12.95 shipping fee will be applied to online orders.
In-Store - Beginning March 22nd candidates can purchase regalia from the Sooner Shop at the Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Store hours are Mon-Thurs noon-5pm and each Saturday until May 15th.
