Congratulations to Dr. Lourdes Planas, principal investigator on subcontract with the Oklahoma State Department of Health / CDC Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Program. She will help identify and describe stakeholder perceptions of Oklahoma pharmacist involvement to improve hypertension and hyperlipidemia control.

 

The subcontract is from June 30, 2012 until June 29, 2013.
