Dr. William Banner co-authored, "Extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation after brown recluse envenomation," which is now published online in Clin Toxicol 2017.

The article concluded that extracorporeal support should be considered in the setting of envenomation-induced hemolysis and refractory cardiac arrest.
