Immunizations are administered by students and faculty of the OU College of Pharmacy.
Free flu shots for faculty and staff on the Tulsa campus are brought to you by the College of Pharmacy, Healthy Sooners, BlueCross BlueShield, and CommunityCare. Flu shots are available to all faculty and staff regardless of insurance, but be sure to bring your insurance membership card if you’re a BlueCross or CommunityCare member.
If you’re unable to visit an on-campus flu-shot clinic, you still have two options to get immunized:
Save time at the clinic by filling out this consent form and bringing with you when you come for your flu shot. >>>
Flu Shots are combined seasonal and H1N1 flu vaccines.
In October, the College of Pharmacy is providing several different clinics to administer flu vaccinations to all OUHSC employees, regardless of whether they have direct patient contact. This vaccination is provided at no cost to you; we just ask that you bring your insurance card with you to the clinic. We have even designated Thursday, Oct. 4th as "Family Day," when you can invite family members (ages 3 and older) who are covered on their Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical insurance plan to receive a free flu shot at the Bird Library. Family members on other insurance plans (or no insurance) will be charged $25. Of course, you can bring your family members to any of the clinics.
Please bring your Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance card to any campus flu clinic to receive your free flu shot.

Questions about the flu shots should be directed to Breion Rollins at OU Healthy Sooners (brollins@ouhsc.edu) and not the Employee Health Clinic.
