Tony received his bachelors of science in pharmacy from The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in Norman, OK in May of 1973 and his masters in business administration from The University of St. Thomas Cameron School of Business in Houston, TX in December of 1988.

He served as an adjunct instructor at the University of Housotn College of Pharmacy in Houston, TX from 1982 until 1992 and taught the Sterile Products Course. His practice of pharmacy began at St. Mary's Hospital in Galveston, TX. He then went to work for a very small hospital pharmacy management company named Owen and Company. He left Owen Healthcare, Inc. after 12 years and went back to business school.

Upon graduation from business school, he became a partner in a business that provided full-time and part-time pharmacist coverage to every type of pharmacy operation throughout Texas. He sold his shares of that business after 8 years, moved back to his home state of Oklahoma and assumed a faculty/management position with the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK.

Tony remains active in the career deveopment of many pharmacists who he has had the privilege to have worked with over the past 25 years. He also provides pharmacist placement, human resource and career development services, through The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy, to various clients throughout the nation.
